Role Description

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser, ideally with a design background, to efficiently coordinate sales processes, client servicing, and producƟon workflows. The role requires close collaboraƟon with the producƟon unit, retail stores, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment in a made-to-order business model. This posiƟon is perfect for someone who understands fashion design, has strong operational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative.

Responsibilities

:1) Sales Order & Client Management Oversee sales order processing and invoicing, coordinating with accounts and logistics.Act as a liaison between the brand and clients — sharing lookbooks, managing follow-ups, and ensuring formely communication.Inventory & Sales AnalysisMonitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and replenishment requirements.Analyze sales data to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and trend opportunities.Plan markdowns, promotions, and reorders based on performance insights.Vendor & ProducƟon Coordination.Coordinate with sourcing and producƟon teams to ensure Ɵmely delivery of styles.Maintain vendor relaƟonships for fabrics, trims, and finished goods.Track order progress and resolve producƟon or quality issues proacƟvely.MarkeƟng & Visual CoordinaƟon Partner with markeƟng for campaign planning and product posiƟoning.Ensure product accuracy across online lisƟngs, lookbooks, and retail displays.Support styling and visual merchandising to enhance product presentaƟon.Retail & Event SupportSupport coordinaƟon for exhibiƟons, pop-ups, and in-store acƟvaƟons. Collaborate with sales and markeƟng teams for go-to-market execution.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in fashion/retail operations, sales coordination.Background in fashion design or relevant educaƟon strongly preferredExcellent organizaƟonal and multitasking skills with a sharp eye for detailStrong communication skills — both verbal and written. Ability to take initiatie, solve problems independently, and manage timelines.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint.Prior experience working with made-to-order or designer brands will be an advantage
