Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Expertise in store management and operations preferably for food manufacturing set up.
Should have good experience in engineering spare parts management
Manage inventory of engineering spares, and machine parts while ensuring timely replenishment and accurate stock records in ERP systems.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and production teams for smooth material flow and timely receipt/dispatch of goods.
Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling, codification, and compliance with 5S, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Handle Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Pass (RGP/NRGP) documentation with complete recordkeeping and approvals.
Track and monitor Purchase Orders, ensure timely goods receipt, and request amendments in coordination with the procurement team.
Conduct regular stock verification and implement control measures to prevent loss, damage, or theft.
Apply knowledge of spare parts, ERP/WMS systems, and FIFO/FEFO principles with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
