Job Description for Store Executive:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of machinery parts, tools, and consumables.
• Verify and maintain records of materials received, stored, and dispatched.
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and safe storage of all items.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Issue Slips, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ISO procedures.
• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for timely material availability.
• Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory for proper utilization.
• Maintain housekeeping and systematic arrangement of store materials.

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with machinery parts, tools, and spares.
• Proficiency in MS Office / ERP / Inventory Management Software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle store audits and stock reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
