Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Presales Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy interacting with customers over the phone. Candidates from any industry with relevant tele-sales or customer support experience are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound calls related to residential projects Explain project details and benefits to prospective customers Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team Maintain lead database and perform regular follow-ups Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion Maintain professionalism and build client rapport Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 1–2 years in Presales , Tele sales , or Customer Support (from any industry) Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage) Graduation in any discipline Additional Details: Location: Guindy,Chennai.
