Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure quality compliance. Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, workmanship, and site practices. Ensure all work meets the standards set by design specifications, client requirements, and regulatory authorities. Maintain and update quality assurance and control documentation. Identify and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities. Coordinate with the site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns. Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field. 3–5 years of experience in a similar quality control role in the construction industry. Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and legal regulations. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred). Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, site quality checklists, and relevant tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
