Job Title: Quality Controller

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Location: [Kolkata ]

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring the quality of materials/products and maintaining documentation of quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspection of incoming materials and finished products.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify defects and report issues to the production/management team.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality protocols.
• Assist in improving quality processes and suggesting preventive measures.
• Monitor product consistency throughout the production process.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in QC/Quality Control (Garments ).
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining QC reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,415.07 per month
