Job Description

Store Executive – Refrigeration & HVAC Spare Parts Key Responsibilities Maintain spare parts stock, update inventory records continuously, and manage timely reordering. Enter details of goods received (inward) and dispatched (outward) into the system or register. Receive goods from suppliers, check deliveries, and confirm quality. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-displayed, and identify old stock. Handle walk-in customers, supply spare parts, and manage billing/workflow. Maintain detailed store records, bills, and documentation. Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks. Customer Communication & Marketing (Additional Points)Build and periodically update a database of existing customer WhatsApp numbers.​ Create and manage a WhatsApp group or broadcast list to share information about new arrivals, special offers, and discounts in a timely manner.​ Create social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for the store and regularly post product updates and attractive offers.​ Collect contact details from walk-in customers and send promotional messages to leads. Answer product-related queries received via WhatsApp or phone calls. Conduct customer feedback surveys or polls through WhatsApp.​ Required Skills Experience with inventory management. Ability to operate WhatsApp groups, broadcast features, and manage social media pages.​ Good communication and basic computer (Excel, advance microsoft inventory software) skills. Customer engagement and record-keeping sense. Qualification12th pass (Graduation/diploma preferred). 1–2 years of store/inventory experience, preferably in HVAC/refrigeration spare parts. Behavioural & Attitude ResponsibilitiesShould be responsible and trustworthy in handling store inventory, cash, and data.​ Must be punctual and maintain regular attendance, ensuring work starts and finishes on time every day.​ Should have a positive and motivated attitude towards work and be ready to take new challenges.​ Must be target-oriented, focused on meeting and exceeding assigned sales or operational goals.​ Should maintain discipline and set an example for other team members.​ Needs to be proactive in identifying store or customer issues and solving them without waiting for instructions.​ Should be self-driven and ready to work independently to achieve store targets, as well as help team members perform better.​ Must take ownership and be accountable for store performance and results
