📌 Job Description (JD) – Counter Sales Executive (Female) Position: Counter Sales Executive (Female) Company: Dewanshi Refrigeration (Pune / Mumbai) ✨ Job Responsibilities (काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ): B2C Customer Handling – Counter पर आने वाले ग्राहकों को products explain करना और sale करना। Sales & Incentive – Monthly target achieve करना, हर sale पर extra incentive मिलेगा। Data Entry & Inventory Management – Daily sales entry, stock in/out maintain करना, weekly inventory report बनाना। Cash Handling – Counter पर cash और billing manage करना। Marketing Support – Digital Marketing (Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Social Media Marketing) Leads generate करना और follow-up करना। Daily posts update करना (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile)। Back-end Work – Orders manage करना, supplier से coordination करना, office operations support करना। 🎯 Requirements (योग्यता): Female Candidate only (महिला उम्मीदवार)। Age: 22 – 35 Years। Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass + Computer Knowledge। Smart Personality, Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)। Visionary & Responsible attitude, जो sales और marketing दोनों handle कर सके। 💰 Salary & Benefits (वेतन और फायदे): Basic Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Experience के हिसाब से)। Attractive Sales Incentives (जितनी ज़्यादा बिक्री, उतना ज़्यादा incentive)। Performance के अनुसार Salary बढ़ाने का मौका। 🕒 Job Timing (समय): Morning 9:30 AM – Evening 6:30 PM (6 Days Working, Sunday Holiday) 📍 Location: Pune & Mumbai 📞 Contact: Dewanshi Refrigeration Mobile: 9765729105
