Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure efficient inventory management and minimize stockouts or overstocking.
Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.
Supervise sales staff and provide guidance on product knowledge and customer service.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in store management with a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software applications.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
