Greetings from Ashkom! We are hiring for the role of " Store Receiver "for the well known P&G Company , position based at Near Kothur , Hyderabad. Job Profile Store Receiver Location Near Kothur, Hyderabad, Telangana. Experience 1 Year Qualification Any Graduate Roles & Responsibility – 1. Count, weigh or measure items of incoming spares /shipments in order to verify information against invoices, orders ,bills of lading or other records. 2. Timely pass entry in system of receiving (SAP). 3. Send daily all invoices for payment process and keep records. 4. Resolution of Qty. Block Invoices. 5. Process quality GOODS Receipt(Mismatch of Qty./Value/PO etc.) 6. Daily issue resolution with purchase or store leader 7. System Receipt vs. physical receipt-24 Hrs. - Zero Backlog 8. Tracking of Short/Damage/Excess/Off quality receipt - Daily Tracking/documented 9. Receipt Documentation as per CSA norms - 100% compliance, ensure plant standard should be maintained. 10. Material Receipt without PO - Zero Incidents. 11. Run blocked for quantity report for store parts only. All invoices need to be investigated to root cause and problems resolved prior to entering the correction into SAP. 12. Storeroom standards are implemented at receiving point. 13. Examine and unpack incoming shipments; record shortages and reject damaged items 14. Route items to various departments via email communication or phone call to the owner. 15. Put identification sticker notes on every incoming lot. 16. Examine incoming shipments to ensure they meet specifications. 17. Able to Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. 18. Responsible for monitoring the returns process. 19. Sort, count, identify, verify and track all material to maintain accurate inventory records 20. Investigate and resolve situations where items received are not properly documented in the daily receipt log 21. Assist management in scrapping / audit and others activity in store 22. Cooperate with representatives from other departments in the organisation to provide store information as requested 23. Participate in IRA (Inventory records accuracy. count issues on a timely basis. 24. Ensure that all documents and material received in the warehouse are of satisfactory Requirements – Qualities – Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge – for the store Receiving Able to handle GR/ IR Posting in SAP.Able to work in shifts. He / She should know the basic GR (Goods receipt) work process. Able to operate MS office / email communication internal / external Ability to calculate mathematical values. Must have a working knowledge of Internet software usage, order processing systems, inventory software and word processing software Must be knowledgeable in store/ warehouse procedures. Position Overview: The Store Executive on a construction site is responsible for managing the site's materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing construction materials, ensuring inventory control, and maintaining the organization of the site's store. The role is critical in ensuring that the construction site has the necessary resources at the right time, preventing delays in construction work. Additionally, the Store Executive will coordinate with suppliers and manage procurement activities. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of all construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site. Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials from suppliers. Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss. Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Site Manager to ensure that supplies are always available when needed. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records. Material Distribution: Issue materials, tools, and equipment to construction workers and teams as required. Track and record the usage of materials to ensure efficient use of resources. Ensure materials are delivered to the right areas of the site at the right time to avoid delays. Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Maintain a record of all supplier orders, deliveries, and invoices. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies or delays in delivery. Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment as requested by the Site Manager or Project Manager. Maintain a list of required materials and generate purchase requisitions when necessary. Help prepare purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement. Site Safety & Compliance: Ensure that materials, equipment, and tools are stored safely and comply with safety regulations. Monitor the condition of stored materials to ensure they are fit for use and report any damaged or unusable items. Help enforce site safety protocols related to the handling and storage of hazardous materials. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of material usage, stock levels, and movement of goods. Prepare reports on material consumption, stock levels, and pending orders for the Site Manager or Project Manager. Ensure all documentation related to material procurement, delivery, and distribution is up to date and accurate. Tool and Equipment Management: Track the usage, maintenance, and return of tools and equipment on-site. Coordinate the maintenance or repair of tools and equipment as needed. Ensure tools are issued to the appropriate workers and returned after use. Site Organization & Cleanliness: Keep the site store area clean, organized, and free from hazards. Ensure that tools and materials are stored properly to avoid any accidents or damage. Organize the store in a manner that makes materials easy to locate and access. Key Qualifications: Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or construction-related fields is preferred. Additional certifications in health and safety or warehouse management are a plus. Professional Experience: Material handling, stores management, or logistics, preferably in a construction environment. Experience with inventory management systems and stock control. Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with inventory management software or systems. Ability to handle and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks. Good communication skills to coordinate with construction teams, suppliers, and site managers.
