Job Title: Store Assistant – Real Estate Experience Must

Location: RANGPO, SIKKIM

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Assistant to manage site-level store operations for our real estate project in Rangpo. The role involves handling construction materials, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with site engineers and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming construction materials at the site store
• Maintain proper stock registers (manual and/or digital) for materials and tools
• Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors as per approved requisitions
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
• Track daily consumption and report shortages or excess stock
• Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams for material requirements and GRNs
• Maintain vendor delivery records, challans, and invoices
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area
• Follow company procedures, safety norms, and site discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 / Diploma (Graduation preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in a construction site or real estate store (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, hardware, fittings, etc.)
• Ability to maintain stock records accurately
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / inventory software)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented

Working Conditions

• Site-based role at Rangpo
• Must be comfortable working in a construction environment
• Timings as per site requirements

Preferred Candidate

• Local candidate from Rangpo or nearby areas
• Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
