We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Stock Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth share market research, analyzing Indian Stock Market and MCX, and providing actionable trading SIGNALS. You will play a crucial role in developing trading strategies and supporting the company’s research business. Main Responsibilities and Tasks: 1) Market Research and Analysis: Conduct technical and fundamental analysis of stocks, indices, and other financial instruments. Analyze historical price data, market trends, and key economic indicators. Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, company performance, and investment opportunities. 2) Trading Strategy Development: Develop and backtest trading strategies using data-driven approaches. Identify high-probability trading opportunities and provide buy/sell/hold recommendations. Monitor and adjust strategies based on real-time market conditions. 3) Risk Assessment and Management: Evaluate potential risks associated with investment decisions and trading strategies. Recommend stop-loss and take-profit levels for trades. Monitor portfolio performance and suggest risk mitigation strategies. 4) Tracking and Reporting: Keep track of daily market movements, news, and events that impact stock prices. Prepare regular performance reports, including gains/losses and strategy effectiveness. Share insights and findings with the team to aid decision-making. 5) Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and senior analysts to align research with business objectives. Present research findings, charts, and actionable insights during team meetings. Communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, MIDCAP, FINNIFTY, SENSEX KNOWLEDGE Proficiency in using trading platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader) and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, or similar). Ability to interpret stock charts, candlestick patterns, and key indicators like RSI, MACD, and moving averages. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating detailed reports. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in dynamic market conditions.
