Key Responsibilities: • Acquire and onboard new clients for Stock Market, Forex, and trading platforms • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase trading volumes and retention • Provide clients with platform guidance, market insights, and trading support • Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable trading solutions • Act as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth and active traders • Educate clients on trading products, margin policies, leverage, and risk management • Coordinate with dealing, support, and compliance teams for smooth client operations • Monitor client trading activity and proactively engage to improve performance and loyalty • Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets • Handle client queries, escalations, and complaints professionally
