Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage rooms. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures. Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory. Clean floors, walls, and equipment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep work or delivery of items. Follow health, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly. Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
