Steward

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food service, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Hospitality:

• Greet guests warmly and assist in seating arrangements.
• Provide excellent service by attending to guest needs promptly.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.

Table Setup & Maintenance:

• Ensure tables are set up with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining areas.
• Clear tables and reset them efficiently for the next guests.

Coordination & Assistance:

• Assist kitchen staff and servers in food preparation and delivery.
• Communicate guest requests or special dietary requirements to the kitchen.
• Support bartenders and waitstaff as needed.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a tidy work environment.
• Follow safety protocols for handling food and beverages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a Steward or in the hospitality industry preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly, polite, and professional approach.
Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays of food and beverages.
Basic Communication Skills: Ability to take orders and interact with guests effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,233.52 - ₹21,946.17 per month
