Job description:
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Stewards to join our Food & Beverage Service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages as per hotel standards.
Set up tables, service stations, and dining areas before service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant at all times.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
Assist guests with menu knowledge and suggestions when required.
Clear tables, replace cutlery, and reset areas for the next guests.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Handle guest queries and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
Support banquet/events operations when required.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience as Steward / F&B Associate / OJT (freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic service etiquette.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak operations.
Well-groomed and presentable.
