Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Address guest queries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Process payments and generate invoices.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle walk-in inquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of IDS software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to work night shifts and flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
