Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Accurately take and serve food & beverage orders.
Manage billing and order processing using Rishta Software.
Set up and maintain tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
Support in handling reservations and table allocations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in hotel or restaurant industry.
Male candidates only.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates from Whitefield or nearby areas will be given preference.
Knowledge of Rishta Software / POS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good food & beverage product knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
