Job Description

As a Restaurant Captain at Combo Jumbo, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the service staff, and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will supervise and guide stewards and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations, take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items, ensure excellent customer service, and handle guest concerns professionally. Additionally, you will coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service, train new service staff, and ensure that restaurant SOPs are followed. It will be your responsibility to maintain the restaurant ambiance and cleanliness at all times. The ideal candidate for this role would have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, possess the ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently, and demonstrate a passion for hospitality and customer service.
