Key Responsibilities

• Design & Optimize Prompts:

  Create scientifically rigorous prompts with clear instructions and multiple constraints.

• Define Evaluation Standards:

  Develop comprehensive rubrics that outline expectations for correct and high-quality responses.

• Evaluate AI Outputs:

  Test model responses against your rubrics and assess outputs for accuracy, reasoning, and completeness.

• Support QA & Benchmarking:

  Collaborate in review cycles to ensure scientific consistency, clarity, and reliability before prompts are integrated into official benchmarks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Biology, Physics, or Chemistry

  .
• Strong familiarity with

  undergraduate-level theory and problem-solving

  in one or more of these fields.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet structured deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in

  teaching, research, or applied STEM fields

• Prior experience developing problem sets, rubrics, or instructional materials.
