Applied AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Convert raw datasets into
clean, structured signals
ready for model training
Design product features and infrastructure based on
real-time user and ops feedback
Build internal tools and prototypes that help users extract value from the platform
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and ML teams
Participate in
rapid experimentation
, shipping iterative improvements frequently

What We’re Looking For

Experience at a
startup
or as a
founder
Proficient in
React
,
Next.js
, and
Python
Strong understanding of
SQL
and
NoSQL
schema design
Familiarity with
Airflow
or similar orchestration/ETL tools
Experience deploying
LLMs or ML models
in production, including
evaluation pipelines
Background in
systems integration
(CRMs, ATSs, data warehouses, etc.)
Interest in
evaluation frameworks
, benchmarks, or annotation tools
Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning

Compensation Details

Base Salary
: $40,000 to $100,000 USD annually
Bonus
: Up to 40% of base, linked to individual and company performance
