Job Description

Workflow Definition: Collaborate with our AI and engineering teams to define the most common research-based workflows within the retail domain (eg, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, pricing strategy, customer experience management, merchandising, or omnichannel sales planning)
Evaluation Creation: Develop and create comprehensive evaluations and test cases to assess the completion of these defined workflows This involves specifying inputs (eg, sales data, customer behavior trends), expected outputs (eg, optimal pricing, demand projections), and criteria for success Capability Assessment: Design evaluations to assess the key capabilities of the LLM in handling complex retail tasks, including product categorization, customer segmentation, trend identification, supply chain risk assessment, and competitive benchmarking Data Curation & Annotation: Provide guidance on identifying and curating high-quality retail data and content (eg, POS data, SKU-level sales, customer reviews, competitor pricing) that is essential for training and fine-tuning the LLM Feedback & Iteration: Work closely with the product team to provide constructive feedback on the LLM s performance and suggest improvements to enhance its accuracy, domain relevance, and business applicability in retail Required Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Masters with distinction, or preferably PhDs with deep domain expertise in their respective subjects Graduated from a top-tier Indian university or institute, such as: IITs: Bombay, Delhi, Madras, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee, Guwahati, BHU (Varanasi) Other Premier Institutes: BITS, IISERs (Pune, Kolkata, Mohali, Bhopal, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Berhampur), NITs, IISc, TIFR, Chennai Mathematical Institute (CMI)

Top Universities: University of Delhi (DU), University of Hyderabad (UoH), JNU Leading Research Institutes: IICT, CCMB, or any other CSIR institute Ideally, achieved a 99
9+ percentile in a national-level competitive examination (eg, JEE, NEET) Teaching & Mentoring Experience: Should be able to solve tough undergraduate & postgraduate problems in STEM subjects Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience focused on JEE (Main & Advanced) and/or NEET and/or GATE Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in JEE Advanced or NEET or GATE Core Competencies & Skills: Content Development: Expertise in developing high-quality, original problems of JEE Advanced and/or Olympiad level and/or GATE Experience authoring personal teaching materials, notes, and question banks Subject Mastery: Deep conceptual understanding with the ability to solve all Previous Years Questions (PYQs) of JEE Advanced and/or GATE Innovative Pedagogy: Demonstrated ability to use innovative teaching methods, such as creating animations, educational videos, and live demonstrations Operational Effectiveness & Work Ethic Be extremely comfortable using Google Workspace and collaborate real-time with other stakeholders to deliver the end-goal (data points) Adapt rapidly to a continuously changing/evolving work environment Be extremely meticulous with data delivery Be a self-starter & be proactive Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
