You'll work at the intersection of traditional IT operations and Agentic AI, translating your deep hands-on expertise in desktop support, endpoint management, and troubleshooting into intelligent automation workflows that our AI agents can execute autonomously. What You'll Own: ¢ ¢ EUC Automation Architecture - Design and build the automation framework for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints AI Agent Training - Dene how our AI agents diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common (and complex) endpoint issues.
