We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team as a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance department.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Manager in the Audit and Assurance department, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing audit engagements. With 8-10 years of experience, you will bring your expertise to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Audit Leadership:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Review and approve audit work papers, financial statements, and related reports.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients for improving financial processes and controls.

Team Management:

• Supervise and mentor audit teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

• Identify and assess audit risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues affecting clients.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of audit work though documentation.
• Conduct regular internal reviews to enhance the overall quality of audit services.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay current on changes in accounting standards (Ind AS and AS), standards on auditing (SA), Taxation, Companys Act and other regulatory changes.
• Provide expert advice on complex accounting and auditing matters to the audit team.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in the Audit and Assurance department, preferably with a reputable accounting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
