Station Support Associate

We are seeking individuals with a minimum educational qualification of 12th Standard or any Graduation/Bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate should possess good tech literacy, with proficiency in handling computers, particularly Excel and Google Sheets, and be comfortable using Android applications. A data-oriented mindset is essential, with the ability to perform reconciliations, understand logs and audits, and identify basic errors. Prior experience or understanding of warehousing or store operations is preferred. Attention to detail is critical, especially in documentation, cash handling, and updating checklists with high accuracy. Candidates must be capable of multitasking, managing 15–20 recurring tasks per shift efficiently. Strong communication skills are necessary to coordinate with team leads, pickers, drivers, and vendors. Fluency in the local language and basic English is expected. Proactive individuals who can promptly raise tickets or escalations and take ownership of slot-level hygiene metrics are highly desirable. Physical agility is important, as the role involves being active on the ground during 9-hour standing or roaming shifts.
