Role & responsibilities

Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the implementation of the

  BMS Project

  across assigned clusters/institutes in South Karnataka.
• Coordinate with

  trainers, institutes, and local stakeholders

  to ensure timely and quality delivery of TPM-based learning sessions.
• Monitor project activities, attendance, progress, and training quality on a regular basis.
  
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
  
• Conduct field visits to training centers and provide support to trainers and students.
  
• Collaborate with the SkillSonics project management team and Bajaj CSR representatives for reviews and reporting.
  
• Prepare and submit periodic reports, documentation, and MIS updates as required.
  
• Organize and support assessments, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  
• Facilitate smooth coordination for audits, monitoring visits, and project reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Management / Social Work / Education / or related field.
  
• Technical background (Diploma or B.E./B.Tech preferred) will be an added advantage.
  

Experience:

• 8-10 years of experience in managing skill development, vocational training, or CSR education projects.
  
• Prior experience in

  cluster or regional project management

  preferred.
• Experience working with educational institutions, ITIs, or training partners desirable.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities (English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  
• Leadership skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
