1. Training Program Development & Delivery
2. Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions using a mix of classroom, on-the-job,
and digital learning methods.
3. Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-
training performance improvements.
4. Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one and group coaching to support individual
development and workplace performance.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production managers, HR teams, and operational
leaders to ensure training is aligned with business goals.
6. Training Material Development: Prepare and customize training materials, including
presentations, handbooks, worksheets, and SOPs.
7. Training Data Management: Maintain detailed records of all training activities, attendance,
assessments, and feedback for continuous improvement.
8. Mechanical Training Expertise: Conduct training sessions on fundamental mechanical
engineering concepts to upskill plant workforce where necessary.
Minimum 9-10 years in the Manufacturing domain
At least 5-6 years of experience in technical training and capability building
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
