Ensure timely processing and TAT adherence for all customer onboarding formalities. Maintain seamless communication with internal teams to support lead conversion. 3. Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to cross-sell key banking products including: Fixed Deposits / Recurring Deposits Auto Loans / Personal Loans / Business Loans Consumer Durable Loans / Credit Cards / Insurance Products 4. Business Hygiene Ensure proper management of Welcome Kits no unrecorded custody. Source the right customer profile aligned with the bank's target segment. Engage with existing customers to enhance relationship value and wallet share. Contribute actively to the overall business performance of the branch. Eligibility Criteria Must be a graduate in any discipline. Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory). Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
