Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual business plan and sales strategy for Karnataka in alignment with company goals.

Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve sales volume, value, and distribution targets.

Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.

Drive secondary sales through effective retail planning and market coverage.

Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.

Forecast monthly and quarterly sales and analyze sales performance vs. targets.

Ensure adherence to sales systems, processes, and compliance requirements.

Train, mentor, and build capability of the frontline sales team.

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
