The State Head will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders, ensuring successful project implementation, and achieving the desired outcomes for skill development and job placements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all skill development and placement initiatives within the state, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Oversee the execution of skill development programs, ensuring the successful delivery of training courses and workshops in various sectors. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, local educational institutions, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the success of skill development and placement programs. Develop and implement strategies to increase the employability of trained individuals and connect them with suitable job opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of skill development centers and placement cells to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Manage a team of program managers, trainers, and placement officers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
