Job Description

Role & responsibilities Note: Candidates with good communication skills and has experience in FMCG sales will be preferred. 1.Achieve sales targets for FMCG products by developing and implementing sales strategies. Identify potential customers and develop relationships to increase sales volume and market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and competitive threats. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills. 2. Knowledge of FMCG sales strategies and best practices. 3. Quickly follow up and qualify leads to determine opportunity status 4. Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing departments production and delivery schedules 5. Functions as a business person, aware of and responsible for providing input on the conditions that affect the business 6. Identifies and interprets customers requirements, shaping these requirements to fit the divisions capabilities and communicates these to customers 7. Utilizes divisional resources in the performance of all responsibilities 8. Reporting the weekly wise and monthly wise sales report to ASM Preferred candidate profile
