Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual business plan and sales strategy for Maharashtra in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve sales volume, value, and distribution targets.
  • Identify and appoint new distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Drive secondary sales through effective retail planning and market coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales and analyze sales performance vs. targets.
  • Ensure adherence to sales systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and build capability of the frontline sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
