Position Overview

solar module sales

Key Responsibilities

Lead
regional sales and business development
for assigned territories with defined revenue and market-share goals.
Drive solar module sales through
strategic account management
, new customer acquisition, and expansion of key EPC, IPP, developer, and corporate accounts.
Manage complete
sales cycles
, including lead generation, opportunity mapping, techno-commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
Maintain and grow relationships with large accounts, ensuring
customer satisfaction
, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Oversee
contract management
, commercial terms, and receivables to ensure cash flow discipline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
production, logistics, finance, and quality
to ensure smooth execution of deliveries and after-sales support.
Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments to provide actionable
market intelligence
and strategic recommendations.
Support leadership in
forecasting
, sales planning, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Represent the organization in client meetings, conferences, and renewable energy forums to strengthen brand presence.
