Manager (Bridge & Building Expansion Joint Products)

Sales Engineers / Sales Managers / Regional Sales Officers

Civil or Mechanical Engineering background

This role offers excellent growth potential for individuals capable of driving technical sales, managing key accounts, and establishing our brand in major infrastructure and building projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for

    Bridge Products

    and

    Building Expansion Joint Systems

    .
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in

    Highways, Bridges, Buildings, Metro, Industrial Projects, and Government Contracts

    .
  • Build strong relationships with

    NHAI, PWD, CPWD, Indian Railways, EPC companies, Consultants, Architects, Builders, and PMC firms

    .
  • Handle the complete sales lifecycle: enquiry generation, technical discussions, offer preparation, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Conduct

    technical presentations, client meetings, and field visits

    with government and private stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with

    Design, Production, QA/QC, Finance, and Logistics

    teams for smooth execution.
  • Participate in

    pre-bid meetings, tenders, technical submittals

    , and ensure compliance with

    ISO 9001:2015

    documentation.
  • Track project updates, competitor activities, and provide timely market insights to the management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

    (Mandatory).
  • 312 years

    of experience in sales of:
    • Bridge Bearings, Expansion Joints, POT/PTFE Systems, or similar bridge engineering products
    • OR Building Expansion Joints, Seismic Joint Systems, Architectural Joint Systems, or related building materials
  • Strong network and established working experience with

    NHAI, PWD, CPWD, Railways

    , and major consultants.
  • Ability to understand

    engineering drawings, specifications, and tender conditions

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ready to travel extensively within the assigned region.
