Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen client relationships: Engage regularly with existing clients to understand and exceed their evolving needs. Build deeper partnerships and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify business opportunities: Explore opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts by recommending new services, products, or solutions.
  • Manage client orders: Oversee daily order management to ensure smooth, efficient delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Negotiate deals: Lead effective negotiations to close mutually beneficial deals, meeting client requirements while securing long-term business.
  • Achieve sales targets: Work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets for both existing and new clients, with a strong focus on client retention and account expansion.
  • Ensure client satisfaction: Provide high-quality service to clients, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain long-term satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and reports: Prepare detailed reports on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and client engagement. Share actionable insights to support future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 2-7 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in interior design, furniture, or building materials)
  • Proven experience working closely with architects, interior designers, or similar B2B client groups
  • Strong communication skills in English and the local language
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders
