Job Description

As a Sales Manager at The Monarch Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the retail furniture industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company sales targets and expand the customer base in retail furniture markets. - Managing and growing relationships with key accounts, including chain stores and institutional clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals by conducting regular sales meetings and performance reviews. - Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Overseeing inventory management in coordination with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability aligns with sales demand. - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service and brand reputation. - Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities and new product launches. - Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management review. - Representing the company at industry events and client meetings to build brand presence and secure new business. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the retail furniture manufacturing or related industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts effectively. - Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
