Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee planning and execution of Business strategy for Trade sales and work towards ensuring achievement of sales target for the assigned state(s)
Responsible for increasing market penetration and maintaining good relations with the distributors and retailers and addressing any issues pertaining to them
Plan and ensure implementation of state level strategy to increase trade sales, in alignment with the organization strategy
Formulate weekly sales plans with B2C strategy for every district and ensure compliance
Provide sales related data/ inputs to the stakeholders with an aim to ensure alignment between sales and other related areas for effective performance and decision making
Collaborate with Marketing, BD and Technical Support Teams to effectively implement trade sales strategies and achieve desired results
Monitor fluctuations in sales targets and take preventive / corrective measures with an aim to achieve sales targets
Work to ensure reliable relationships with key customers for sustainable returns
Responsible for output realization, target forecasting for the products and ensure steady growth in the market share for the same
Encourage active feedback from the customers in order to improve on the quality of the manufactured product
Gauge customer needs and formulate sales strategies to capture those needs timely
Monitor and ensure complete control over availability of material at respective locations
Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes
Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
