Job Description
Lead and manage collections & recovery operations across Gujarat and MP for secured and unsecured portfolios.
Drive collection efficiency, flow management, and legal recoveries while ensuring compliance with RBI and internal policies.
Oversee and mentor regional collection managers and agencies, ensuring performance and adherence to ethical practices.
Analyze portfolio health, bucket movements, and delinquency trends to drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and Operations to strengthen recovery processes and reduce NPAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in collections, recovery, and legal coordination at state or zonal level.
Strong analytical and portfolio management skills.
Excellent team leadership and people management abilities.
In-depth understanding of SARFAESI, Arbitration, Section 138 and other recovery mechanisms.
Process orientation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the states.
