Position Overview:

The State Head Business Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, expanding the Healthbuddy store network, and achieving revenue targets within a designated state. This individual will lead a team of business

development professionals, manage end-to-end franchise operations, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to fuel sustainable and profitable expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning s Expansion:


  • Create and implement state-level business development strategies aligned with national goals.

  • Identify potential markets, analyze demographic and economic trends, and drive Healthbuddy store expansion across key locations.

  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard suitable franchise partners based on set criteria and business viability.

  • Franchise Management:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of franchise development from prospecting, onboarding, and agreements to store set-up and operational launch.

  • Ensure franchisees meet performance expectations through regular reviews, support, and business guidance.

  • Work closely with the Start-up C Training team to ensure timely and effective training and support to new franchisees.

  • Sales s Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth through new store launches and performance optimization of existing stores.

  • Develop marketing and promotional plans in coordination with the marketing team to boost regional awareness and sales.

  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs, PCL of state operations, and suggest corrective actions when needed.
