The State Head will be responsible for overseeing operations within the state, managing and leading a team, driving sales growth, and ensuring effective implementation of strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, monitoring market trends, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing budgets, setting targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Qualifications Experience in sales, team management, and leadership Strong understanding of market trends and market analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage budgets, set targets, and meet deadlines Proficiency in planning and implementing business strategies Knowledge of consumer electronics and electrical products is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Willingness to travel within the state as required Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively Show more Show less
