Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Startup Business Head to lead and drive the growth of our startup initiatives in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in the startup ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the startup sector.
Lead the planning and implementation of business initiatives and projects.
Identify market opportunities and develop partnerships to enhance the startup's visibility and reach.
Manage the startup's budget, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and product development.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and industry partners.
Oversee team performance and development, ensuring alignment with business goals.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

6-7 years of experience in a startup or business development role.
Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem in India.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial modeling and business analysis tools.
