As the Staff Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end roadmap, balancing strategic product development with rapid execution to meet customer and market needs. Accountabilities
As a Staff Product Manager, you will:
- Own the full product lifecycle for a complex enterprise product, from initiative shaping to rollout and iteration
- Prioritize and deliver features at high velocity while ensuring scalability, quality, and alignment with strategic goals
- Translate complex customer and market inputs into actionable product decisions
- Act as the primary product liaison for go-to-market teams, driving clear documentation, updates, and launch support
- Proactively explore the product to identify gaps, test edge cases, and recommend improvements
- Drive operational discipline through backlog management, sprint planning, and cross-functional communication
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of product management experience in high-complexity B2B SaaS, preferably with ATS, HR tech, or workflow-heavy products
- Proven ability to manage large-surface-area products end-to-end, balancing customer-informed priorities with strategic roadmap execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing polished documentation, specifications, and GTM updates
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, trusted by engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive outcomes
- Hands-on product ownership mindset, with the ability to explore, test, and deeply understand product functionality
- Execution-first approach, maintaining structure, alignment, and momentum in ambiguous situations
- Flexibility to overlap 6+ hours with US Pacific Time for collaboration
