Position: Staff Nurse We are hiring for our client, Brij Health Care Hospital, a premier healthcare facility located in India. The Staff Nurse will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality patient care within a dynamic and supportive environment. Role Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including administering medications and monitoring vital signs. Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and update care plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with legal and hospital standards. Educate patients and their families on disease management and healthy lifestyle choices. Participate in patient assessments and the evaluation of patient care protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide emotional support to patients and families during difficult times. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times. Coordinate with other healthcare staff for effective patient care delivery. Assist in training and guiding junior nursing staff and interns. Stay informed about relevant medical treatments and advances in nursing practice. Manage time efficiently to meet patient care needs in a fast-paced environment. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and state licensure. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in critical care, emergency department, or acute care settings is preferred. Strong understanding of nursing principles and patient care procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate medical equipment efficiently. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical professional conduct. Basic life support (BLS) certification is required. Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification is a plus. Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare environment. Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional training.
