How You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Working on several types of client engagements, including documentation and planning studies, and benchmarking memos.
• Evaluating intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans and conducting financial statement analysis of multinational and domestic corporations.
• Conducting both U.S. and foreign comparable company searches using Capital IQ database and Withum’s proprietary transfer pricing analysis model.
• Conducting searches for licensing agreements via KTMINE and other databases.
• Working with other staff members and managers and assisting in conducting detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses demonstrating an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and method application.
• Assisting manager in conducting functional interviews with clients, including primary notetaking to capture the details of the business.
• Preparing financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance.
• Conducting industry and market research.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Transfer Pricing Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Experience in a Consulting or Professional Services practice preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in report writing
• Ability to work across different time zones and cultures, adapting style as necessary.
• Strong numerical, analytical; strategic thinking and project management skills.
• Strong research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transfer pricing software and technology.
