Job Description

Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO)

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales and admission targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective counselingvia in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Ensure timely fee collection by following up with parents.
Manage the complete student lifecycle, including enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing support.
Address student and parent queries or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
Maintain compliance with internal processes and systems.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle concerns in a composed and persuasive manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM/sales software.
Fluency in English and the regional/local language is essential.
Strong customer orientation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

Educational Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Preferred:

Prior experience in educational or career counseling is highly preferred
Experience in B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales across any industry is a plus
