Job Title: Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) Location: Nanded Reports To: Branch Head Experience Required: 27 Years Weekly Off: Rotational Role Purpose: The SSAO plays a key role in student enrolment, onboarding, and providing a seamless and satisfying student journey at AESL. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets via counselling and cross/up-selling AESL programs. Ensure timely fee collections. Handle administrative tasks for student onboarding and journey. Deliver exceptional customer service to students and parents. Maintain compliance and process adherence. Key Requirements: Strong interpersonal and persuasive sales skills. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools. Fluency in English and regional languages. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BTech/MBA/Masters in Psychology/Education preferred). Experience in educational counselling or B2C sales. Key Interactions: External: Students, Parents, School Representatives Internal: Academic/Non-Academic Teams, Regional Sales, and Support Teams
