We are looking for an Admission Officer (Field Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through various marketing activities, leading to student counseling and enrollment. You will contribute to achieving targets by visiting schools to meet with principals, coordinators, and management for business development. Additionally, you will ensure a delightful customer experience during home visits, providing counseling to students and parents, and closing admissions. You'll also build relationships with local tuition teachers and ensure compliance with internal processes. Fluency in English and a regional language is required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred BTech, MBA, or Masters in Psychology, Education, etc.) Previous experience in education or career counseling Business-to-Customer (B2C) sales experience Key Interactions: External : Students, Parents, Schools, Partners, and Vendors Internal : Academic & Non-Academic Teams, Regional Support Centres, and Sales Teams This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact in the education sector!
