Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management: Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences Monitor campaign metrics and optimize for better ROI 2. Budget Management: Plan and manage digital marketing budget Track spend and ensure financial alignment with marketing goals 3. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance data to drive insights Generate and present reports on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions 4. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to align campaign strategies Effectively communicate performance results and insights to stakeholders 5. Market Research & Trends: Track digital marketing trends and competitor strategies Identify growth opportunities through market research Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience: 47 years in performance marketing or digital advertising Experience with large-scale digital campaign management
