Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate admissions through ATL and BTL marketing activities such as seminars in schools and residential areas Achieve targets via school visits and business development meetings with key stakeholders Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, leading to successful enrollments Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational standards Role Requirements: Calm, empathetic, and persuasive customer handling Strong networking and seminar presentation skills Fluent in English and regional language Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking Must Attitude: Customer orientation Ownership and accountability Result-driven mindset Emotional intelligence and teamwork Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Preferred: BTech, MBA, or Master's in Psychology/Education Experience: Prior counseling or career guidance experience Background in B2C sales across any industry Key Interactions: External: Students, parents, schools, ATL & BTL vendors Internal: Academic & non-academic teams, student support, sales & ops teams
