The Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) is a key customer-facing role responsible for counseling prospective students, facilitating enrollments, and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. The SSAO plays a critical role in guiding students and parents through their journey at Aakash, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales and admission targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective counselingvia in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Ensure timely fee collection by following up with parents. Manage the complete student lifecycle, including enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing support. Address student and parent queries or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency. Maintain compliance with internal processes and systems. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle concerns in a composed and persuasive manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM/sales software. Fluency in English and the regional/local language is essential. Strong customer orientation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
