The Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) is a key customer-facing role responsible for counseling prospective students, facilitating enrollments, and ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. The SSAO plays a critical role in guiding students and parents through their journey at Aakash, ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales and admission targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective counselingvia in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Ensure timely fee collection by following up with parents. Manage the complete student lifecycle, including enrollment, onboarding, and ongoing support. Address student and parent queries or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency. Maintain compliance with internal processes and systems. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle concerns in a composed and persuasive manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM/sales software. Fluency in English and the regional/local language is essential. Strong customer orientation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualities Customer-Centric Approach Ownership & Accountability Target-Driven and Result-Oriented Emotional Intelligence & Team Spirit Educational Qualifications Required: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Preferred: B.Tech, MBA, or Master's in Psychology, Education, or related fields Work Experience Prior experience in educational or career counseling is highly preferred Experience in B2C (Business-to-Customer) sales across any industry is a plus Key Stakeholders External: Students, Parents, and School Representatives Internal: Academic and Non-Academic Branch Teams Regional Student Support Center Regional Sales & Operations Teams

Role & Responsibilities Admission Officer Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data through Above The Line (ATL) & Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities such as school seminars, open seminars in town, and residential areas. Contribute towards achieving admission targets by visiting schools and meeting principals, coordinators, and other management personnel. Ensure a delightful customer experience by conducting home visits to counsel students and parents, resulting in successful enrollments. Capitalize on business opportunities by engaging with local tuition teachers. Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and compliance protocols.
